I'm a certified E-RYT500 Yoga Instructor with over 2,000 hours of teaching and a B.S. degree in Exercise Science and Health Education. I currently teach a variety of Yoga and Yoga + Self-Massage classes. I also teach the Yoga Minor students at Utah State University... our future Yoga Teachers!
I use the Yoga Tune Up® and Roll Model Methods®. This combination of yoga, self-massage and corrective movement helps improve posture, strength and flexibility, while eradicating pain, tightness and stress.
Off the mat, I'm a lucky mom of 6, proud grandma of 7 and happily married to a gem! I'm blessed to live in Cache Valley, UT and love riding horses, gardening, mountain biking, skiing, climbing, paddleboarding... basically anything outdoors with my fun family!
